RESEARCH PROJECTS GRANTS IN CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY

– Team led by the researcher Dr. Hilario Manuel Blasco Fontecilla of the Hospital Universitario Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda, in Madrid, which includes the researchers: Antonio Sánchez López, Dr. Julián Romero Paredes and Dr. Mónica Díaz de Neira Hernando. Project title: Towards a “biosignature” of self-injurious behaviors (suicidal and non-suicidal) in childhood and adolescence: role of the endocannabinoid system and β-endorphin in peripheral blood.

– Team led by Researcher Dr. Yolanda Quiles Marcos of the Miguel Hernández University of Elche, in Alicante, with the following researchers: Dr. María José Quiles Sebastián, Dr. María Roncero Sanchís and Dr. Eva María León Zarceño. Title of the Project: Adaptation and application of an intervention program in family members and patients with an eating disorder: The Echomantra.

– Team led by Researcher Dr. Gisela Sugranyes Ernest of the Fundació Clínic per la Recerca Biomèdica de Barcelona, which includes the researchers: Dr. Isabel Valli Mellado, Dr. Natalia Rodríguez Ferret and Saul Pacual. Project Title: Markers of glutamatergic dysfunction in adolescents at high risk of psychosis: relationship with brain structure, symptomatology and oxidative metabolism.

– Team led by the Researcher Dr. Ana Belén Calvo Calvo of the International University of La Rioja – UNIR, delegation in Madrid, which includes the researchers: Dr. María Mayoral Aragón, Dr. Sara Barbeito Resa and Dr. Teresa Sánchez Gutiérrez. Project Title: Longitudinal study of the effectiveness of an online intervention for adolescents with a first psychotic episode: Thinkapp.
