Laura Moreno Fernández

Graduated in Medicine (2011) and in Social and Cultural Anthropology (2013), in Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She was specialized in Psychiatry at Hospital Ramón y Cajal in Madrid, (2016). During her residency she has done some internships in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Servicies of the area; furthermore she has done two international internships, in La Maison de Solenn, hospital for adolescents in Paris, mentored by Dra. M.Rose Moro, and in the Cultural Psychiatry Unit at Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Quebec. After specialization, she has worked in different mental health care services, and has worked on the field with Doctors Without Borders in mental health activities.

She has complemented her training with a Master in Clinical Practice in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Universidad de Barcelona; a course of Psychopathology and Psychotherapy with Children and Adolescents, SEPYPNA. Currently she is being trained in Systemic Trauma- therapy for Children and Adolescents (IFIV, Dr. Barudy).
