Gonzalo Salazar de Pablo

Medicine degree at the University of Navarra. Specialist in psychiatry at the Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañon where he chose the child and adolescent training itinerary.

He has completed the following master and specialist studies: “Master in Initiation to Research in Mental Health” by the Universidad Complutense de Madrid; “Master in Psychotherapy, Integrative Perspective” by the Universidad de Alcala; “Specialist in Psychoanalytic Clinic and Psychotherapy “, by the Pontifical University of Comillas and “Master in Updating of Psychiatric Treatments in Minor Patients “by the CEU Cardenal Herrera University.

He has been one of the therapists of the Adolescent Psychosis Intervention Program (PIENSA) of the Hospital General Universitario Gregorio Marañon for three years and has received specific training on psychotherapeutic treatment in patients with bipolar disorder.

He obtained an Alicia Koplowitz Foundation scholarship for a short six months stay at the “Zucker Hillside Hospital” in New York, as a result of which he is doing his international PHD at the “Universidad Complutense de Madrid” with the “Hostra Northwell School of Medicine “of New York.

He has completed more than 100 certified courses in Psychiatry at prestigious national and international universities such as “Harvard Medical School” and “Stanford University” and he has been certified as a coach for the use of different scales including the “Bipolar Prodrome Symptom Scale-Prospective (BPSS-P)”.

He has participated in more than 10 national and international research projects, 15 book chapters and national and international publications and more than 50 abstracts in different congresses having received several national awards for them.
