Daniel Natera de Benito is a Pediatric Neurologist specializing in Neuromuscular Disorders. He develops his clinical and research activity at Neuromuscular Disorders Unit of Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Barcelona. He obtained his PhD in Medicine with summa cum laude honors from the University of Barcelona for his doctoral thesis "Congenital Miasthenic Syndromes in Spanish Population: Clinical and Molecular Characterization and Therapeutic Response". In 2017, he was granted with a Rio Hortega contract by Instituto de Salud Carlos III. In addition, he has published 20 articles in indexed scientific journals, he is author of various book chapters and he is a regular reviewer for scientific journals.
