Graduate in Medicine from the University of Zaragoza, Erasmus program at Université de Rennes 2 (Rennes, France). Master´s Degree in Genetic, Nutritional and Environmental Factors in Growth and Development and Doctor of Medicine from the University of Zaragoza. She completed her pediatric residency at Miguel Servet University Hospital of Zaragoza. During her residency she did a short stay in Child Neurology at St Christopher’s Hospital for Children (Philadephia, USA). She completed from 2017 to 2018 a fellowship at the Accredited Teaching Unit of Child Neurology at Miguel Servet University Hospital of Zaragoza.

Silvia joins Miguel Servet University Hospital Pediatric Neurometabolic research group attached to Aragon Health Sciences Institute. She has participated in different national and international research projects, conferences, and scientific publications. She is a member of the Spanish Child Neurology Society.
