Degree in Psychology by Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Specialized in Clinical Psychology by Hospital Universitario La Paz (Madrid).
Her interest on child and adolescent mental health led her to carry out several clinical rotations on this field, including: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Centre, Consultation and Liaison Child Psychiatry Service (Hospital La Paz), Child Day Hospital (Hospital 12 de Octubre), Child and Adolescent Inpatient Unit (Children’s Hospital Ricardo Gutiérrez, Buenos Aires). Since the completion of her internship, she works at a child and adolescent mental health outpatient service, at the Hospital Universitario HM Puerta del Sur (Móstoles, Madrid).
She has further developed her skills with many postgraduate courses, most notably a Degree on Child and Adolescent Psychopathology and Psychotherapy (SEPYPNA).
In addition, she is developing her career as a docent. She is a teaching fellow at San Pablo CEU University, teaching ‘Medical Psychology’ on Medicine Degree, and being a clinical supervisor for Psychology postgraduate students.
The Alicia Koplowitz Foundation Fellowship will allow her to work with a transcultural mental health specialized team: “Maison Solenn – Maison des Adolescents” (Hôpital Cochin, Université Paris Descartes), participating in a multicentre study on psychopathology vulnerability on children of immigrant population.
