CONDITIONS OF USE.

ALICIA KOPLOWITZ FOUNDATION, with CIF: G83837286 with address in Madrid, calle Paseo Eduardo Datos 18, Ground Floor 28010, Madrid (hereinafter, ALICIA KOPLOWITZ FOUNDATION) and registered in the Registry of the Ministry of Culture under number 563CUL, as owner of the Website www.fundak.atalayait.com (hereinafter, the Website) informs you below of the Terms of Use of the same.
2. Conditions of Use
Access to or use of the Website implies acceptance by the User of these Terms of Use.
3. Non-permitted uses .
As a User of the Website we inform you that it is PROHIBITED and, therefore, its consequences will be your sole responsibility, access or use of the Website for illegal or unauthorized purposes, with or without economic purpose, and, in particular, and without the following list having absolute character, it is prohibited:

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in those cases in which such current regulations provide the possibility for the parties to submit to a specific jurisdiction, FUNDACIÓN ALICIA KOPLOWITZ and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid.
