Paula Padierna González

Medicine Degree at Universidad del Pais Vasco and Specialist in Psychiatry at Hospital de la Princesa in Madrid, where she completed the sub-specialization in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.

She has carried out clinical rotation at the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services at the following spanish Hospitals: H.U. Gregorio Marañon , H.U Marqués de Valdecilla and H.U. Basurto.

Beneficiary of a Grant by the FEPYSM in 2019 for an observership training for residents of Psychiatry in Sydney at The Children’s Day Hospital Rivendell Child, Adolescent and Family Mental Health.

She has completed her training with various postgraduate courses and university degrees, as well as more than a thousand hours in accredited courses.

In recent years, she has taught theoretical classes at Universidad Autonoma (Madrid) in the subject of Psychiatry, showing great interest in university teaching.

She has applied for a Short Stay Scholarship in Children and Adolescent Psychiatry awarded by Alicia Koplowitz Foundation. Destination centre: Packard Children’s Hospital ay Stanford; Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, which is part of the Eating Disorder program. This centre has contributed the most so far to the research and development of psychological treatment in Eating Disorders.
